The working principle of stainless steel press fittings is to insert thin-walled stainless steel pipe into the socket of press fittings, and use special clamping tools to clamp stainless steel pipe in the pipe fittings. The cross-section shape of the clamping place is mostly hexagonal. In addition, there is O-ring seal between the stainless steel pipe and the fittings, which makes it have the characteristics of anti-leakage, anti-pull out, anti-vibration and anti-high pressure. Therefore, it is an advanced connecting type in potable water system, tap water system, heating system, steam system, industrial oil pipe system and industrial gas pipe system.

Both profiles are compatible with the same pressing equipment, yet their jaws exhibit significant differences. Upon closer inspection, it is evident that V press fittings possess a “stalk” right after the pressing chamber. This design element facilitates a smoother pipe insertion process in comparison to the M profile.

The grooved fittings which play the role of connecting and sealing are mainly composed of three parts: sealing rubber gasket, clamp and locking bolt. The rubber sealing ring located in the inner layer is placed on the outside of the connecting pipe, which coincides with the pre-rolled groove. Then the clamp is fastened on the outer part of the rubber ring, and then fastened with two bolts. Because the rubber sealing ring and clamp adopt special sealing structure design, the groove connection has good sealing performance, and with the increase of the fluid pressure in the pipe, its sealing performance increases accordingly.

Stainless steel water manifold comprises a main body pipe and several inlet pipes or thread ends which are arranged in horizontal direction along the main body pipe.
