Zhongnong Mayer (Huailai) Dual Carbon Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Guangzhou Mayer Corp., Ltd., signed a land transfer agreement with Huailai County on March 13, 2025, for the construction of the "Carbon Neutral" Digital Agriculture Industrial Park Demonstration Base Project. The project is expected to start production and operation in June.

The project is based on phase - change energy - storage material (PCM) technology and uses Zhongnong Mayer (Beijing) Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an industrial platform.
